This note concerns personal data sent by users when requesting information or estimates, or obtained from persons visiting or surfing the website. ACS Catering S.n.c. submits users' personal data to all the processing operations envisaged in Legislative Decree 196/2003: that is collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, alteration, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, inter-connection and all other operations necessary for the supply of the services requested of the company, mainly through information technology procedures. The data may also be organised into databases or archives. In detail, the purposes of the processing of personal data are: (a) to provide information and/or send communications regarding the service; (b) to comply with any accounting and tax requirements involved; (c) to trace perpetrators of any unlawful acts, only in the event of specific requests from, and on behalf of, competent authorities. If a user gives consent, ASC S.n.c. undertakes: (d) never to transfer the data to third parties; (e) to audit the quality of the services provided, also offering after-sales services; (f) to send publicity messages and information about its products and projects. Customers may have access to their data at any moment and exercise the rights laid down in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Personal data are divided into two categories: obligatory and optional, as stated in the procedure in which information is requested. Asking for obligatory data and processing them for the purposes that have been specified above are strictly functional to performance of the services indicated. Refusal by users to provide these data, or refusal to consent to their being processed, will mean that they will not be able to avail themselves of ACS Catering S.n.c.'s service. Optional data help ACS Catering S.n.c. to provide a constant improvement in the quality of its service. Customers are free to decide whether to provide optional data or not. ACS Catering S.n.c. wishes to state that, in accordance with Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, users have the right to: a) know the existence of the processing of their data; (b) be told the particulars of the data controller and processor; (c) obtain from the data controller: confirmation of the existence of personal data; the details of them and their origin; and the logic behind, and purposes of, processing; (d) have them erased, transformed into an anonymous form or blocked if they are being processed in breach of the law; (e) have data updated, altered and added to; (f) receive confirmation that the operations described above have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom the data have been transmitted and/or disseminated; (g) object, wholly or partly, to processing for legitimate reasons; (f) modify the terms of their consent, subsequently objecting, wholly or partly, to their data being processed for commercial information purposes, or for the conduct of market research into commercial information or commercial messages and similar fields of research.
